• Develop the coaching & refereeing skill of the Primary & Secondary School teachers.
• To provide training Days in Half-term breaks and a Summer Rugby Camp August 2009.
• Sustain initial success of the 2008 Tag Festival & enhance standard of Tag Rugby.
• Conduct a programme of fourteen weeks of Primary School CRP.
• Extend the CRP programme for High Schools involved in the CRP.
• Continue strength & Conditioning programme at John Masefield H.s.
• Implement the “5 hour plan” in conjunction with Amy Jenkins of the Hereford Sports Council.
• Increase and Lift the profile of the CRP within the three counties.
• Deliver a Weston’s Visitor Centre Competition for Herefordshire Schools at LRFC.
• Continue to improve School – Cub links.
